- Bookings are confirmed once date, time, and price are agreed upon.
- Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is based on the size of the property, type of service, and scope of work.
- Final prices will be confirmed before service begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and UPI payments.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- Services can be rescheduled based on mutual availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the service location at the agreed time.
- Remove or secure valuable and fragile items before cleaning.
- Inform us in advance of any special cleaning requirements or safety concerns.
6. Service Guarantee
- We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue.
7. Liability
- While we take utmost care, Tapan Home Service is not liable for pre-existing damage to property or belongings.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, emergencies).
8. Safety & Conduct
- Our team members are trained professionals and expected to behave respectfully at all times.
- Any form of abuse, harassment, or unsafe working conditions may result in immediate service termination.
